Step 1

You’ll need to create your 42 For You account on go.flobody.com and start your 7-day free trial so you can access our member’s only area.

Once you create your account, scroll down the page to find our structured programs and click on the 42 For You Challenge.

Bookmark go.flobody.com in your browser so you can quickly find the 42 for you challenge every single day.

Step 2

Watch our “rules” video on the 42 For You website and make sure you are doing everything required to become the best version of you.

Inside of the program challenge website, you should see our download buttons:

  • Digital copy of the challenge workbook (we will do this together in your daily videos).

Step 3

Prepare to begin your Core 3, Eliminate 1, and Weekly objectives. Start the first video of the program and sign your 42 For You personal contract with me on Day 1.
