Five training tools rolled into one: fitness mat, resistance bands, stretching roller, fitness bar, and handle weights!
1. Handle Lock - unscrew the threaded green coupler counterclockwise to unlock the handle.
2. Removal - to pull the handles out; wiggle the handles back and forth until they release from the body bar.
3. Unfasten - by holding both ends of the durable velcro and work your way across the mat. Then, roll your mat out.
4. Body Bar - unzip the body bar from the mat to use on its own.
