Cancellation policy
FLOBODY — SUBSCRIPTION & PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY
If you purchase a subscription, membership, payment plan, or any recurring purchase option from Flobody, the following terms apply:
Subscription Billing
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as shown at checkout (monthly, quarterly, or yearly). By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Flobody LLC to charge your payment method automatically at each billing cycle until canceled.
Cancellation by Customer
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

Contacting support at: support@flobody.com
Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not refund charges already processed.
Cancellation Timing
To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
If you cancel after a renewal charge has been processed, that payment is non-refundable and your access will continue until the end of the paid period.
Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails, we may retry billing. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel access if payment cannot be completed.
Promotional & Discounted Subscriptions
Discounted or promotional subscription plans may have special conditions disclosed at checkout. These may include minimum commitment periods. If stated at purchase, early cancellation may remove the discount.
Changes to Subscription Terms
We may update subscription pricing or features. If we do, changes will apply only to future billing cycles and will be communicated in advance where required by law.
